While we were on the phone, you asked why you have this second permit in addition to the one in Currituck County. I've linked both this permit and your Currituck permit below. These links lead to our online searchable public database. I was able to find the application submitted for this permit. It looks like it was submitted on February 12, 2019, by a Drew Matthews (dmatthews@soilplus.net, 252-883-9301) and signed for by J. Bryan Smith of Atlantic OBX, Inc. The cover letter says that it would "allow flexibility on the distribution of residuals". Although the full application is too large to send, I've downloaded the cover page for you to look at. If you need any other information that might be in the permit application, just let me know and I can send you a link to an online version of this document too. Hope this helps sort things out! If you have additional questions, you can contact either Nathaniel Thornburg with our Central Office or David May and Robert Tankard with the Regional Office, all of whom are cc'ed on this email.
