Public Notice of Draft Renewal Permit
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or
objections to, draft permits to be revised and re-issued. Persons wishing to comment on or
object to the draft permit may submit comments to the contact person listed below during the
public comment period. Current draft permits are listed below by permit type.

The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public
comment on, or objections to, the following NPDES MS4 Stormwater Individual
Permits and Stormwater Management Plans. Persons wishing to comment on or
object to the draft permit may submit comments to Isaiah Reed
(mailto:[e-mail]). (Attn: DEMLR Stormwater Program) during the
public comment period. Written comments may be submitted to the address at end
of this message.
All comments received through June 9, 2024, will be considered in the final
determinations regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Public comments
may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions.
