Creek Rd. Then turn left to Mountains Blvd and then turn left to Quail Ridge Blvd., and the site (Marina) will be on the left.

The development site is part of the existing Rumbling Baln on Lake Lure Resort. There is an existing marina, boardwalk, and
seawall in place.

The existing wood seawall and existing wood boardwalk need to be replaced since it is already starting to deteriorate. It will be
replaced with a concrete seawall and concrete walk. Construction will take place during the next Lake Draw -Down.

application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
