U-5551 (Village Pt Dr) request to put permit application on hold
Sue -
I am emailing to request that the Division of Water Resources put the permit application for U-5551 (Village Pt Drive) on
hold while NCDOT prepares a Pre -Construction Notification, which is necessary to convert the application from an
Individual Permit to a Nationwide Permit No. 14 (and corresponding DWR certification) (per agency request). NCDOT is
also in the process of gathering the necessary information you requested regarding the dewatering plans associated with
the two proposed structure installations. If you have any questions or require any additional information regarding this
request, please let me know.
