As per our phone conversation the other day.
My wife and I are Co Owners and Managers of Yacht & Bay Holdings LLC (EIN 47-4290630) which owns the
subject property (Parcel No. 2220000607) located in Brunswick County, N.C.
We wish to rescind the Permit No. WQ0030413 for a High Rate Infiltration Facility which was never constructed on
the parcel. If you have any questions please give me call or email.
I've attached a letter from DEQ notifying us of the existence of the permit which we were unaware of.
