Your application is incomplete since not all direct and indirect impacts have been taken into consideration. Upon review of google earth there appears that work is underway. Specifically, non -stream 4 and 5 have already been filled. This action would require a permit and has cut off the connection to adjacent wetlands. These activities appear to be unauthorized, therefore we will be withdrawing your application until these issues can be resolved. I would advise you stop work in and around all wetlands and jurisdictional features. I would like to set up a conference call/ teams meeting regarding this permit application and the unauthorized activity. Please let me know when you would all be able to meet. Thank you.
