Dear Mr. Wilfong:
Per our conversation, the Preconstruction Conference and Permit Meeting for this project is being
scheduled for Friday, December 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. The conference will be held in the
Conference Room of the Wilson Division Office. Our office is located at 509 Ward Boulevard in
Wilson, N. C.
This meeting is being held after the date of availability, due to the Contractor's late notification as
to when he would like the Preconstruction Conference. The Preconstruction Conference is required
to be held such that a 30-day notice can be given to all involved regulatory agencies.
Please be prepared to present the following documents at this conference: progress schedule, letter
naming persons authorized to sign Supplemental Agreements, letter naming your Company EEO
Officer and Minority Liaison Officer, and letter naming Erosion and Sediment ControUStorm Water
Certified Supervisor, Certified Foreman and Certified Installer.
