[15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)] Please see the attached plan sheet provided to Chatham County for the buffer impacts which depicts the construction sequencing for the culvert installation. 2) Please provide a stream restoration detail for all temporary stream impact areas and any other restored areas. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)] The temporary stream impacts proposed account for the temporary dewatering during construction as listed in the PCN under the impact summary table. No stream restoration detail is required as there will be no disturbance of the channel. Your application will be considered on hold until receipt of these materials.
