Subject: Request for Additional Information for Summit Terrace - Chatham County - DWR #20240385
Hello,
Thank you for the information provided in the Summit Terrace application, however, I require a few more items to finish
review.
1) Please provide a design drawing showing how all stream impact areas will be conducted "in the dry' and provide
a "dewatering" detail. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)]
Please see the attached plan sheet provided to Chatham County for the buffer impacts which depicts the
construction sequencing for the culvert installation.
2) Please provide a stream restoration detail for all temporary stream impact areas and any other restored areas.
[15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
The temporary stream impacts proposed account for the temporary dewatering during construction as listed in
the PCN under the impact summary table. No stream restoration detail is required as there will be no
disturbance of the channel.
Your application will be considered on hold until receipt of these materials. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
Best,
Cat
