The NCDEQ Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources Land Quality Section conducted a routine compliance
inspection on April 25, 2024, for the LEE-2023-601 / Triangle Innovation Point Water and Sewer Improvements project.
The inspection report and accompanying photo log are attached to this email.
Corrective actions must be completed by June 6, 2024, and follow up inspection will be conducted to assess the
corrective actions.
