This email serves as confirmation of receipt of the subject Annual Report.
After review, the information presented in the submitted report appears to demonstrate
general compliance for the calendar year 2023 for the Surface Disposal of Residual Solids
permit, with the exception of some exceedances in total chromium, TDS, and iron in
groundwater during the reporting year. Except for chromium, groundwater exceedances are
being addressed under the approved natural attenuation Corrective Action Plan (1999). The
permittee has been working with the regional office to evaluate the exceedances. Results,
assessments, and correspondence with the regional office were documented during the year
and summarized in the report.
