Teresa, The payment has not yet showed up on our end, but it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for it to clear our system. I will check back on Monday. As far as I am aware, our billing department only sends the first invoice and the second past -due invoice notification via physical mail. This third round of email notifications is done manually as I become aware of overdue fees after the 30 day mark. So while I can update your billing address in our system, the initial invoices won't be emailed out unless our billing department updates their methods. What would you like the new billing address to be? Hello Alys, Occidental has processed payment for the above -referenced and attached invoice. Is it possible for you to confirm receipt? While the address shown on the invoice is correct for the Occidental's permit contact, Juan Somoano, it is not the address for invoice receipt. As result, the invoice was routed through numerous channels before it was received by me and/or Mr. Somoano for payment. (I had made an inquiry to NCDEQ in late January to request the invoice when we realized we hadn't received it). Is it possible to update the billing information associated with our permit, so that we may receive it at the correct address and via email? Thank you in advance.
