Is this the one, which proposes two 78" detour pipes for Madison 152? Looking back, I also don't see any description of dewatering to install those, or to pullout the old vertical abutments. Also, don't know if it is something you all can normally consider, but I often recommend (but also dropped the ball here) that DOT coir mat and replant temporary detours, at least with live stakes. While it looks like they won't be doing too much tree cutting in this case, it nonetheless seems wise to add matting and live staking on the banks which they otherwise show unarmored after detour removal.
