Mr. Trapani,
As stated in my previous email, the application has been "on hold" since April 2, 2024.
If you are considering major layout changes to your site, please consider withdrawingyour application
and re -submitting once your site plans have been finished. DWR must consider our internal timelines to
review/process projects. If you request to withdraw your application, there will not be a refund and you
will have to pay to re -submit a new application for a 401 certification.

After additional review of this project, I have additional comments:
You stated that the entire property is wetlands. DWR has concerns about a septic system being
installed in wetlands. Can you please provide the approved septic permit?
Please provide the following information within 30 days of this email. Please note that the application
will be considered "on hold" until receipt of all the requested information.
