Report suspicious emails with the Report Message button located on your Outlook menu bar on the Home tab. on You are receiving this notification, as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nationwide Permit (NWP) general condition number 32(d)(2) states that for NWP 13 activities in excess of 500 linear feet or involve discharges of dredged or fill material into special aquatic sites the district engineer will immediately provide a copy of the complete PCN to the appropriate state and federal officials. The proposed activities consist of the permanent/temporary discharge of fill/dredged material within 602 linear feet of stream channel for rock toe stabilization, riffle construction, bankfull bench construction and rip rap. The applicant has requested use of NWP 3 and NWP 13 for the proposed activities. The regulations state that the agencies will have 10 calendar days from the day that the material is transmitted to provide notification to the Corps that they intend to provide substantive, site -specific comments. These comments must explain why the agency believes the adverse effects will be more than minimal. If you have any comments, please provide them to me.
