Attached are the major elements of an approval letter for the stormwater plan for the Mega Park project #15-1268.
Jennifer, please let me know if this language is ok and if there is other language that I need to contribute. I did not put
the rule cite in every requirement as the example that you had suggested. Since all of the requirements in the letter
only relate to one rule requirement to "protect water quality", it seemed a little strange to place that rule adjacent to
such requirements to have a 10' buffer or an easement that are not specifically required in the rules. I used the one rule
citation twice. However, if it is required to be placed at every requirement, I'll be happy to redo the language.
