The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received an As -Built Report from Greene Environmental
Services, LLC (GES) for the Barlow Canal Nutrient Offset Mitigation Bank on August 9, 2015 for
review and approval. Based on comments received from Katie Merritt with DWR, GES submitted a
revised As -Built Report to DWR on November 20, 2015.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your LIMBI, the following items are required
prior to receiving your next credit release of ten percent:
• A Performance Bond secured for 100% of the estimated cost to implement the monitoring
and maintenance plan for five (5) years, but not less than $100,000.
