In accordance with North Carolina General Permit No. NCG080000 Part E-5. Tier One Response, SEFA
Transportation(SEFA), Certificate of Coverage NCG080991, is notifying the NCDEQ Mooresville Regional Office of
a stormwater benchmark exceedance for Total Suspended Solids(TSS)that occurred on April 11, 2024,for Outfall
#1. The sample results were received on April 19,2024. This is the second benchmark exceedance for Outfall
#1, the first was on 3/16/22 and more than three consecutive samples were under the benchmark for all
parameters since then. SEFA will document the Tier One Response actions in the SWPPP.
