Dear Ms. Eplin,
According to General Permit NO. NCGI 20000, I am submitting in writing a notice to the Division's
Regional Office,that there are fecal exceedances in all three of the site's outfalls. I have included a table
depicting the dates, values and locations of the fecal exceedances.
Landfill personal has conducted stormwater management inspections,along with recent site visits
involving Levi Hiatt, Tim Latham and LaBella.
We will be preparing and submitting a written Action Plan by March 28th, 2022.
