On April 25, 2024, the facility was inspected.A mine inspection was also conducted with Jack Lawry-Popelka, 41-08. All
outfalls were observed during the inspection,the SWPPP contained records from the last 3 years, except for qualitative
monitoring. Qualitative monitoring should be completed quarterly and recorded in the SWPPP.
