Inspection Summary:
On March 21, 2024, the facility was inspected to follow up on material being found along the stream bank. All material was
stored further away from the bank to prevent the issue to occur again in the future. All four outfalls were observed during the
inspection and SWPPP was up to date and contained information from the last 3 years. A mine inspection was also
conducted during the visit, 97-02. Others present at the inspection were Jack Lawry-Popelka, Robby Deans and Tamera
Eplin.
