Inspection Summary:
On April 25, 2024 the facility was inspected.A mine inspection was also conducted with Jack Lawry-Popelka, 34-02. All
outfalls were observed during the inspection,the SWPPP contained records from the last 3 years, except qualitiative
monitoring.A completed qualitative monitoring form was seen from 2022, but there were none for 2023. Qualitative
monitoring should be completed quarterly and recorded in the SWPPP.
