The lot is already level and septic is already installed and there is a driveway so the impact will be minimal.

I am not a contractor so I don't know what will be done.

Additional Comments:
The lot we purchased is beautiful and we are really looking forward to building a house and moving here. But the lot is very narrow
and where we can put the house seems very restrictive to maintain all the setbacks. The septic is located closest to the road and so
we can only put the house in front of it. We have to have our driveway on the right side and access under the house from the right
side because we can't drive over the septic. The mean water line shortens the area we can build on and so we will have to encroach
into the 50' zone. We want to keep the house as far back from the water as we can without encroaching any of the setbacks. We have
been planning this for a few years now and are finally ready to build.
