The purpose of the work is to replace a wet pipe (culvert) that is deteriorating and in need of replacement. The replacement will
be foot for foot, per NWP 3 guidelines.

An excavator will be used to replace the wet pipe (culvert) in the existing stream bed and appropriate dewatering measures
will be used to minimize impact to extent practicable.
