Good afternoon. Please find the attached TroutWS 11-2017 forms for four NCDOT culvert replacements in
Graham County, where Unnamed Tributaries flow into surface waters classified as Trout streams. These culverts
will be replaced under USACE Nationwide Permit 3 -Maintenance.
