This means that the permit will be issued as is on April 1, 2024 (because it expires on March 31, 2024). Then on May 1, 2024, a revised permit will be issued. Comments on the permit are welcome through April 22, 2024. Paul, I I I noticed online that the NCG01 is set to renew April 1, 2024. Do you have an update on the public comment period of NCG01 or is there a draft of the renewed NCG01 you can share with me? Brooklyn and Paul, With the current NCG01 permit set to expire at the end of March 2024, can you provide an approximate date when a draft of the next NCG01 permit will be out to public notice? We are hoping to see clarifications on how landfill facilities should manage both the NCG01 and NCG12 permits, or we would like the opportunity to present those questions during the comment period. Any information on that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Jesse C. Li, P.E. Project Engineer SMITH GARDNER, INC. 14 N.
