Hi. Due to some newspaper publication issues, the comment period has been extended until April 22, 2024. This
means that the permit will be issued as is on April 1, 2024 (because it expires on March 31, 2024). Then on May 1,
2024, a revised permit will be issued. Comments on the permit are welcome through April 22, 2024. Please see the
following site for the draft permit and draft fact

Brooklyn and Paul,
With the current NCG01 permit set to expire at the end of March 2024, can you provide an approximate date when a
draft of the next NCG01 permit will be out to public notice?
We are hoping to see clarifications on how landfill facilities should manage both the NCG01 and NCG12 permits, or we
would like the opportunity to present those questions during the comment period.
Any information on that would be greatly appreciated.
