Chapter 4: Sedimentation Control,and the City of Burlington,North Carolina Code of Ordinances,Chapter 31.5: Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control.
A copy of this permit and the approved Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan must be kept on project site.
Per City Ordinance Section 31.5-18 notice is hereby given that agents,officials,or other qualified persons authorized by the City will periodically inspect
land-disturbing activities to ensure compliance with the Act,City ordinances,or rules or orders adopted or issued pursuant to the ordinance,and to
determine whether the measures required in the Plan are effective in controlling erosion and sedimentation resulting from land-disturbing activity.
Financially Responsible Party: Permission to conduct a land disturbing activity is hereby granted by this instrument at

SCCR Burlington Control Plan and the City of Burlington's Sedimentation Control Ordinance.
