In my review of the above mentioned project, I have a few questions in order to complete my review.

1.
Your application states that you will be removing the net fill from the lake. This will require a dredge application to be submitted for review along with the shoreline stabilization
application. Please submit the appropriate documents for the dredge/spoil forms and let us know once you have completed it.

In order for DWR to complete our review, please provide the information within 30 days of receipt of this email. Please note that DWR will consider the project on hold until receipt
of the information.
