I'm checking to see how things are going addressing Public Notice comments from NCDEQ (March 7, 2024). (attached) &
from the general public (3 property owners who must live close to the proposed site)
The citizen comments were made by: (Mike Kerr - March 12, 2024) & (Jane Davis -March 12, 2024). Mr. Charles Kerr
called me on February 20, 2024 to comment on general items such as how the new development will affect flooding and
drainage in the area, Will there be large burn piles, he and his wife suffer from asthma. There were also some comments
regarding Indian Mounds being onsite.
