The construction tasks for each hole are identified along with the details that will be followed during its construction. The Teams will be briefed at the start of each workday and will be informed of the 10 day forecast. This booklet and a complete copy of the construction documents and sediment control plan will be maintained onsite with the NPDES Stornzwater Logs. The Sediment Control Crew will be tasked with maintaining all sediment pollution control logs. Mountain Air has determined that by creating work teams the chance of sediment leaving the site will be reduced. The Teams will be tasked with specific work tasks and will be under the joint supervision of the Construction Manager, who has been certified under the state-sanctioned Clean Water Contractor program. SELECTED CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS • All fill supporting stormwater infrastructure will be compacted to 95% • All bedding will meet the manufacturer's standards • Junction boxes will have 8 inch thick concrete bases • 0-ring gaskets meeting the requirements of ASTM C 443 will be used • All construction will meet or exceed DOT standards RISK ASSESSMENT Mountain Air will reduce the already minimal risk of sedimentation due to a significant rain event by monitoring the 10-day weather forecast. The Sediment Control Team will be charged with monitoring the weather and stopping the installation in the event a forecasted significant rain event. The risk of a 5-year event during afive-day period is 0.27% and the risk of a 100-year event in a seven-day period is 0.02%.
