The Municipal Unit of the Division of Water Resources recently received the subject sewer
extension application package. A copy of the cover letter along with FTSE is attached
for your records and review. Please relay any comments or concerns that the Regional Office has
related to this application as soon as possible.
Shortages caused some 1.5 inch pipe to be replaced with 2 inch pipe. The modification is to make the
permit match the system in the ground.
