Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): At right side of dock, push down existing rip rap on 114' section of shoreline. Reshape and re -slope bank, install matting and install boulder rip rap to refurbish existing shoreline stabilization. No trees removed on right side of stabilized shoreline. On left side of dock, remove small undermined trees/brush on a 116' section of immediate shoreline. Shape and slope bank, install matting and install boulder rip rap for new stabilization. Install TN Crab Orchard steps through rip rap for lake access. 8. How will the work be done?* From Land From Water 9. Total amount of disturbance below the normal pool lake level/ normal water level: * (including all clearing, back fill, excavation, rip rap, retaining walls, etc.) 5' below (1,150 sf) square feet 10. Total amount of disturbance above the normal pool lake level/ normal water level and 50 feet land- ward: * (including all clearing, back fill, excavation, rip rap, retaining walls, etc.) F above (230 so square feet 11. Please describe the vegetation above the normal pool lake level/ normal water level and 50 feet landward to be impacted: * (number of trees, for instance) Grass buffer, remove small undermined trees/brush on immediate un-stabilized 116' section of shoreline at left side of dock.
