HomeMy WebLinkAbout17914 John Conner Road Site visit (4.30.24) DWR#20240445 Good afternoon Amie, Below are Michael and I's findings from our site visit at 17914 John Connor Road today: * The inground pool appears to be in the 50 foot buffer, however the property was platted in the 1990s. * The construction of the pool is already complete, pool filled with water and there is stable ground cover around it * There is some minor final landscaping and irrigation system work being done towards the lake * The existing shoreline is starting to erode, the riprap is slipping off the shoreline and exposing the fabric material beneath Other things to note: * Michael went to the site in February to look at the homeowners request to remove the two trees in the 30 foot buffer * Michael gave them approval to remove the tree closest to the dock (Which they have done as of todays visit), but did NOT issue approval for the other tree in the front corner of the lot. * A file review of the project application shows plans to remove both trees for shoreline stabilization. The previous site visit regarding trees and Michaels determination should be considered when reviewing for their approval for shoreline stabilization. If you have any other questions, please reach out! The photos from the visit are now in the LF file for this property's project.
