This permit COC was renewed effective August 2019 and is still in effect. The new general permit NCG170000 is
out for public notice on our website and scheduled to be issued/become effective June 1, 2024. Renewal COCs
will be available to permittees sometime in June. Please review the Permit Summary report(link below) and
ensure all contact information is up to date and any owed fees are paid. All COCs that are up to date on fees will
be automatically renewed in our system, and information will be going out to permittees in the next 1-2 months.
Please check our website for updates as the renewal gets closer.
