Good afternoon! I hope you are doing well. I have attached my letter of certification for the sand filter bmp for the
Huber Technology project in Lincoln County NC. They are working on final stabilization (hydroseed washed out over
weekend rain event and never established). Otherwise the pond is built per construction documents and comply with
NCDEQ MDC. The attached report will confirm that the pond is built satisfactory.
Please let me know if there is anything else you will need from me to close out this permit and I will provide it right
away.
