The amendment is to disclose the use of Cutrine® Plus, which will be used to reduce algae in onsite retention basins. Please include the attached SDS with the relevant permit files. Based on discussion, it is Duke Energy's understanding that with this modification to the existing permit application, no permit modification would be necessary and Duke Energy is authorized to utilize this additive.
