I am requesting a zero -animal permit for Red Acres Farm LLC. The mature cows left the farm on May 4,
2023, and there have not been any animals in confinement since July 2023. The interior of the freestall
barns has been removed and some of the milking equipment has been sold. The remaining equipment is
for sale. I do not have any intention to restart milking operations. Two barns are used for farming
equipment and others will be used for hay storage. Storage ponds still exist and are monitored, but
nothing other than rain has entered them since May 4, 2023. 1 have applied for NRCS cost share funds
and intend to close out the lagoons fall of 2024 or 2025 depending on when funding is received. I still
have all the application equipment and application acres. I am keeping the equipment while storage
ponds are
