Monitoring will be conducted during normal work hours. **See Part III, Condition G. This Permit imposes no limitation of the discharge of storm water runoff uncontaminated by any industrial or commercial activity and not discharged through any oil/water separator or other treatment equipment or facility. *** Acute Toxicity (Pimephales, 48 hour) Monitoring, Episodic, See Part III, Condition E. **** Monitoring shall be conducted in conjunction with the toxicity testing during the first five discrete discharge events after the effective date of this Permit, and then on an annual basis thereafter, with the annual period beginning January of the next calendar year. The annual test must be performed and reported by June 30. If no discharge occurs by June 30, notification must be made to the Division by this date, and monitoring must be performed on the next discharge event for the annual monitoring requirement. BTEX parameters and MTBE should be monitored using an EPA -approved method to a detection level of 1 ppb. Some monitoring should be done when water is drained from the storage tanks. ***** See Part III, Condition F. The pH shall not be less than 6.8 standard units nor greater than 8.5 standard units and shall be monitored 2/month at the effluent by grab samples. There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in other than trace amounts. B,,PAAQV IENrY- CAPE FwAr . ti.COMPLnW BY: S DATE: 1 z(2' % 9 Z DESCRIPTION: CAe4oN usE Air CHECKED BY: DATE: SHSET 5 aF Yo _ ' 1. 1J Fit 1T .1CwTrek-VtON ( __ $e"zey)e; 4- 0o p -!.._-. _.T. _. ._ - _ - _ __.. - i FTo MW -`l snw{slr Tralucvtt tyoo M - - -- - : - Xylc•e 4 .
