downstream uses: Excellent flow in the receiving
stream at the point of discharge. The area surrounding
this facility is generally rural. Downstream uses are
for secondary recreation, however, High Rock Lake
begins approx. 4.0 miles downstream and is used for
primary recreation with frequent bodily contact.

The permittee requests renewal of the subject Permit.
Discharges do not occur at this facility except when dredging is
taking place or during rainfall events. Dredging activity
generally coincides with consumer demand or when existing
stockpiles need replenishing.
This facility qualifies for coverage under a General Permit.
It is recommended that the NPDES Permit for this be renewed.
