Directions to Site: From the junction of SR 19: Road) and Hwy. 601, travel east on SR 1915 2.0 m o e junction with SR 1910 (Old Mocksville Road). Turn left on SR 1910 and travel 0.6 miles to the junction with SR 1926 (Hannah Ferry Road). Turn right on SR 1926 and travel 0.9 mile. The entrance to the American Concrete Products site will be on the right side of SR 1926. 0 7. Topography (relationship to flood plain included): This site lies adjacent to the Yadkin River, and appears to be within the 100 year flood plain. 9. River Basin and Subbasin No.: Yadkin 030704 C. Describe receiving stream features and pertinent downstream uses: Excellent flow in the receiving stream at the point of discharge. The area surrounding this facility is generally rural. Downstream uses are for secondary recreation, however, High Rock Lake begins approx. 4.0 miles downstream and is used for primary recreation with frequent bodily contact. Discharges do not occur at this facility except when dredging is taking place or during rainfall events. Dredging activity generally coincides with consumer demand or when existing stockpiles need replenishing. This facility qualifies for coverage under a General Permit.
