POTW Connection Condition Removal of the discharge will be required if a more environmentally sound alternative is available. An engineering report evaluating connection to the Hendersonville sewer is due 180 days prior to permit expiration along with the permit renewal application. Upon review of the results of the engineering report, the Division may reopen and modify this NPDES permit to require removal of the discharge, modified treatment designs, and/or revised effluent limitations within a specified time schedule. F. Monitoring will revert back to weekly sampling for the month following any month in which one of the following parameters has an effluent limit violation: BOD5, TSS, NH3asN and Fecal Coliform.
