GeoScience & Technology, PA designed the stream bank stabilization and, during the
construction, performed periodic tests of the compaction of the soils.
This is to advise you that we have inspected the site for the final quarterly inspection. We
found the surface vegetation is established. The plant cuttings that did not survive the
summer, as reported in our letter of October 6, 2015 have been replaced by the contractor
following our report and appear to be sprouting.
