Anthony,
I've reviewed the proposed Whitford buffer variance plan and it appears that the level spreader and vegetated filter strip
design meets the stormwater requirements. There is a slight concern about the proposed "pressure" piping system, but it
appears that it will be functional. It will definitely require constant maintenance and inspections.
