This allows for an unobstructed view of the shoreline. There is evidence of an old seawall a long the entire shoreline of the Terrell property. I have attached two (2) photos showing the old rock structure along the entire shoreline. Considering this new information (i.e., evidence of an existing rock seawall along the entire shoreline), we propose to consider this project as "exempt for the maintenance or replacement of an existing serviceable structure", and therefore no permit required. Please let me know if you agree with this determination. The proposed work would be to construct a new boulder seawall in the same location and alignment as the old rock seawall. The new boulder seawall will be constructed in accordance with the attached detail sheets C-1, C-2, and C-3. Please let me know your opinion on this option.
