In a letter dated March 20, 2024, you were notified of a reporting violation (Late/Missing NDAR-
1) for the period October 2023. Based on further evaluation and a correction in the division's
management system, it was determined that the NDAR-1 monthly reports are optional and not
required to be submitted. The errors have been fixed and should not occur again.
We appreciate Ms. Kisha for contacting our staff about the facility's monitoring and reporting;
