Wastewater Permit: WQ0022916
To Whom It May Concern:
The septic system at the above address is a wastewater treatment system permitted under the
Nondischarge Permit#WQ0022916. This system is due for an inspection by the North Carolina
Department of Water Resources (NC DWR). DWR is conducting inspections in your area and
will stop by your residence on May 21, 2024, weather permitting.

discuss this inspection. If you are unaware of the permit requirements and/or you are not the
homeowner (i.e. you are renting), please have the current property owner contact me.
