Sorry for the delay in responding to your email. The four items listed in the top part of my 4/5/23 email are required to
renew the permit. If deed restrictions were not recorded or more BUA was constructed than was permitted, you can
include these items in the written schedule of actions to bring the project into compliance. Please also provide an
anticipated resubmission date for our tracking purposes.

Jim,
My intent with this was to simply get the renewal for the original permit, knowing there are revisions that need to follow
shortly thereafter. We were not the engineer of the original permit set. There is much more to the modification than I
was aware based on the list you provided below.
First, is it possible to simply renew the original permit based on what was already submitted to be able to get the site in
"temporary" compliance while we work on submitting the modifications for the outparcels?
Second, if that is not possible, I may need a little more time to get all of this information together to submit for the
modification. I am working to gather what we need, but it is taking longer than expected.
Thank you,
i

Good Afternoon,
We received your application for a renewal to the subject post-construction stormwater permit on 4/4/2023. At this
time, the submission is not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please
provide the following submittal items within 30 calendar days (by close of business on 5/5/2023) so that we may accept
the project and begin the review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.
- Application, Part A4—Please indicate the changes that have taken place with this project from the latest
approved version of the permit.
- 1x hard copy of recorded deed restrictions. This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1045(3)(f), Part C3 of the
Renewal Form, and Part II 15 of the permit.
- 1x hard copy of documentation showing that the maximum allowed per lot built-upon area has not been
exceeded.This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1045(3)(c).
- 1x hard copy of a written schedule of actions to bring the project into compliance since it is not currently in
compliance.This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1045(3)(g).
Based on the provided information, you will also need to modify the permit to bring it into compliance. Please refer to
the NOV(NOV-2021-PC-0286) dated May 13, 2021 and the below information that was noted during this administrative
review:
- A number of outparcels appear to have been sold off from the main project area, owned by HHC Investments,
LLC, however these individual property owners do not appear to have applied for/received their own off-site
stormwater permit(required per Part 14 of the permit for SW6100701):
o Waffle House, PIN: 9494-58-5647
o Dwight E. Wagner Lot, PIN: 9494-68-3114
o SBUX HOPE MILLS LLC Lot, PIN: [Unavailable]
o MOC HOPE MILLS LLC Lot, PIN: [Unavailable]
o HT FUEL NC LLC Lot, PIN: 9494-78-0091
o JDR ASSOC LLC Lot, PIN: 9494-58-5283
- There appear to be further subdivisions from what is currently shown in the approved plans (the approved
plans/permit lists 12 outparcels, but county tax records indicate 16).
