Apparently, the previous landowner (Mad Crab LLC) had the wetlands of a larger tract delineated (not by us) and approved by the USACE. A NWP was then obtained for the adjacent lot. I don’t know who the applicant of that lot was, but I am assuming it was Mad Crab based on my email correspondence with Emily. I don’t know the amount of fill that was authorized in that permit. Then Mad Crab had the tract subdivided and sold the lots to H&H Constructors Inc. None of the other lots that H&H owns will need wetland or stream impacts. Attached is a subdivision map that shows the wetlands in relation to the lot boundaries. Let me know if you still have questions. Maybe we can discuss further after our meeting tomorrow?
