Dear Mr. Eplin,
Daimler Trucks North America, LLC — Mount Holly Truck Plant (the Facility), is providing
notification, as required by NCG030000 Part E, to update you on the Tier Status of Outfall 001
based on the latest sampling event. The Facility has become aware of its Tier status changes and
continuances for samples collected on March 15, 2024 (results received by the Facility on April
11, 2024). These changes and continuances are as follows:
Tier 3 entrance due to benchmark exceedances of total suspended solids (TSS)at Outfall 001
The March 15'' sampling event indicates a Tier 3 benchmark exceedance for TSS at Outfall 001.
The following table provides results of the 4 exceedances of TSS at this outfall:
