This letter is in response to aforementioned NOV.
On January 30, 2024 Belmont Textile Machinery exceeded the fecal coliform limit.
Prior to this exceedance BTM had only had one other violation for this.
We try to maintain an adequate amount of disinfectant in the effluent prior to
dechlorination to prevent this.
There were no exceedances for January except this one and there haven't been any since.
With the highest result of 5 col./100m1. All other results have been <1 col./100m1.
In closing Belmont Textile Machinery takes pride in always trying to do the right thing,
responding to any foreseeable problems.
