Zack/Rachel:
The engineer for the project has just told me they are going to re -design and do directional drilling or jack and bore
for this project after all. We are going to need to acquire revised easements, but this will eliminate
stream impacts associated with this project.
We therefore wish to withdraw our 404 and 401 applications for this project.
We request that the buffer authorization remain issued, as we will be clearing the new water line easement within
the footprint of the project. The buffer impact will be clearing only; no excavation will be done.
