RE: Report of Stormwater Sampling— Q4 2022
Axalta Coating Systems
1717 W English Road
High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina 27262
NCDEQ Certificate of Coverage #NCGo90020
Dear Mr. Lentz,
Attached please find the stormwater sampling report for Q4 2022. All outfalls were in
compliance with the exception of SDO-oo5. SDO-oo5 had a TSS concentration above
the benchmark at 154 mg/L. Since this is the second month in a row above the
benchmark for TSS, we will move to Tier II status as outlined in our permit starting this
month including additional sampling.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 336-802-4041.
Sincerely,
Natalie L. Stennis
